Challenge: Draw people to your event! The mission of Center City Events, a non-profit organization, is to draw people to events in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee.

Solution: On a shoestring budget, DoubleJay Creative helps Center City Events create inexpensive but effective television commercials to publicize the Knoxville’s Holidays on Ice skating rink and other events held in the center city.
